Chase UR shopping bonus pts missing

Has anyone shopped through the Chase UR shopping portal and not get their bonus points from it? What do you do? Call in or send SM and ask them to look into it? I did some research and noticed how inconsistent it is for a lot of people, seems to sometimes not track or register that you clicked the merchant site through Chase, even though you did.

Portals of any kind are notorious for not tracking purchases.  That's why I always take screen shots throughout the various steps of a purchase.  I'd start with sending them a SM with any info you have and go from there.  You may end up needing to call
