I have had my freedom since 12/2013. I just got my Slate and the MSD on the card is 2015 ![]()
My question is has anyone backdated a Chase card similar to how Amex does it. Would love this for my AAoA.

Nope. Amex is the only company that does it.

Nice thought but not going to happen.
Still wonder how Amex is the only company granted this godly power to do this.

Not a snowball's chance there, pal.
Sorry.

Are they "granted" the power?
I believe credit bureaus just report what they are given, so it's up to Chase to change their own policy.

Pretty sure AMEX is the only one with this abilitty for whatever reason... Other lets say crappy lenders such as FP would be doing this to get customer lol... Something they have worked out with the CRA I believe that others can't, obviously I could be 100% wrong...Huge selling point for Amex product though, so they are doing something right.
