My due date is the 16th and statement cuts 19th. Today is just the 8th so it was only 3 days ago not 4. I would think your statement should cut today.
It will happen when the servers get through all the processing. Your statement, when printed, will probably be at least a day or two prior to the day you can actually download/view it.
Has the account changed over to reflect a new Payment Due Date a month in the future on the website? Until this happens, the cycle of closing the account and generating the statement has not even started.

Ha! Yes, being patient....a little hard at times . Well, the payment from a week ago is not showing. I always pay at least three days before due date. It's like my account page is frozen. The payment on my bank has cleared so I am ok.
