Can you do a product change on Citi backed gas cards?

What are you wanting to change it to, a different branded gas card they offer? I wouldn't think they would product change to any of their majors.

No i was just approved for a Shell gas card but there are allot more Citgo gas station in my area that is also backed by CITI.

I would call the number on the back of your card and ask a CSR if it is possible.

And thanks! You reminded me to call and get a soft pull increase (Always call the number on the back of the card and follow the prompts. If it sends you to a CSR, it's not time yet. I've had my card since Feb of this year) Got 300 more for a total of 1050.

Has Mobil always been backed by Citi? I had a card with them 10 years ago i can't remember if i filed it in my Chapter 13.

I am not sure, since the last gas card I had was with Texaco and that was 11 years or so ago.

Yeah i applied for the Citgo gas card back in June was denied because my BK was still showing on my CR. Citi pulled EX for Citgo & Shell so i guess it's safe to say Citi pulls EX in IL. Only difference was when i applied for the Shell card 2 weeks ago my BK hab fallen off a month ago. In a way i wish i would have applied for the Citgo card again but i'm still happy with Shell there's still allot of there station in my area but just not as much as Citgo.
