The only "balance" on my CRs is my Amex, which is paid in full each month.
Did you request it online? I belive doing it online may result in Citi using a previous credit report that they soft pulled you on up to 2 months ago, you may want to call in and request it and ask them top pull a new credit report if you really want it, be a hard pull more than likely
