Whenever I request a CLI with CITI it always gives me my EQ score from march and does not update. March was the last time I asked for a  CLI. Requested a CLI at my sixth month mark in Decemember and was denied. One year mark will be in June. Anybody know why my CR hasn’t updated?

I had this issue with Citi a few months ago. I wanted a credit limit increase on my Simplicity and they were using an old report from January when I had a slightly higher utilization. I requested a CLI after getting approved for the TYP and they used that report and score instead of the old one and granted my request. I'm not sure how else to get them to do an Account Review and pull new reports. Citi seems to do reviews whenever they feel like it.
