Citi Diamond Preferred 0% apr promo offer

For all the emails, and snail mails prompting me to pc my DP to a Rewards card, the DP is still the 🎁 that keeps giving.

Been offered a 0% apr promo on all new purchases, off and online, until 8/2/21 , then reverts back to my 12.99%. Who doesnt like seeing 0's ? Stay safe tonight everyone

Not zeroes, but I got a similar offer on my AAdvantage card. I guess the standard gap in interest rates between Diamond Preferred and AAdvantage Platinum Select is 1.99% or close to that. Activated yesterday. I don't carry balances, but I had been thinking about opening a "rate advantage" type card in case I ever have a need to do so, but I guess that can wait until at least August now.

Yeah I don't get how they think people will make the switch if they keep giving great offers on the existing product! My 0% offer is about to end in Feb and my DC just offerd a 0% on purchases till June so I'm covered on the Citi side!

BOA just started 5.99% on my KLM for 9 months, which is a lot better than 20% even if it isn't zero.

The BT offers may have dried up in a lot of places but with so many low promo rates on purchases it's not as dire as it could have been.

Thats great. My 1.99% promo on DC runs out in Mar though i didnt utilize it. Citi wont give a cli but they give great offers even on my Sears card. I wish i had the spend to utilize them but its nice to be asked to the dance
