Citi: Diamond Preferred vs Simplicity

Looking for a good low interest offer, and these both offer 18 months of 0%. 

It seems the only difference is the Diamond preferred offers concierge service. I really like that card, but I'd also really like to add a Visa to my collection. 

What is this concierge service, and is it really of any use?

I have the Diamond  Preferred.  Great for the BT...never use the service.

It's a simplicity card, with the concierge service.

Not entirely.  The simplicity has some neat features for those who may need to rely on the "credit" portion, such as:

-Cash APR is the same as purchase APR

-No late penalties or APRs

I really only care about the intro APR, and I'd like a Visa. I'm just so torn because I've always really liked the Diamond Preferred.

Does Citi allow PCs to rewards cards from BT cards?
