Citi Double Cash 1.99% Purchase Promo rate offer

Have not quite figured out why, Citi would give two different offers on (2) DC card's (both are the same account age.

But never the less, Here is the purchase promo offer(s)

I received a similar offer for the 1.9% on my DC card from Citi. I have so many zero offers from other banks that I do not think I will use this one. The other banks for are for 18 months at 0% without mentioning the other banks like FIFTH THIRD hehehehe oooops
