Just got off the phone with Citi and they won't do a PC from Dividend to Forward because "the reward system is different."
I told the CSR I would be willing to forfeit my leftover/unused Dividend reward points but she held firm and said they weren't allowing it at this time.
Anyone have luck PCing to Forward recently?

Why not just apply for the Citi Forward card?

My AAoA is still pretty low.
My oldest card is about 3 years old, and then I have one from last April, June, July, and a new one from yesterday.
Hey ptr, sorry to hear about that. They wouldn't switch over my friend's Dividend either for the same reason.
Does anyone know what cards PC-able to another? I know the that AA are damn near impossible to PC, but I also have a Citi Diamond Preferred card I wouldn't mind PC to the TY card.
OP--Sorry not trying to hijack your post.

That's too bad. The CSR said they aren't doing it "at this time." And she said that twice, so I don't know if it's a temporary thing or what.

How low is your AAoA?

Since adding the new card yesterday? I'd say right about 1 year. I would have to check the exact date on my oldest card though. It was higher a few months ago when I was an AU on a 7year old account that belongs to my parents, but that account had three 120 lates and was consistantly at 90%+ utilization. I decided the lower AAoA was worth removing the lates and high util. I'm only 23, so I think a low AAoA looks much better than a bunch of severe lates and high utilization.

I have to agree 100% with you...how long ago did you apply for the Dividend Card? Also is the new card reporting yet?
