When I asked for pre-approval/selected, they couldn't find any for me just gave me there default list of cards to apply for, despite being a citi credit card holder for 6 months. With multiple SP during the course of that time. It would be great if it came back with a message like, we see you are a good customer but it may not be a good time to apply for additional citi cards at this time, or you are pre-approved for blah, and blah, extra credit given for putting a potential CL along with the pre-approvals, I bet they would get many more happy card holders if it worked like that.
