Citi Rewards+ Sub question

I am debating if applying for the Citi Rewards+ will get me a bonus.

I already have the Citi premier card and got the card December of 2021. Will i be able to get the SUB even though I received the CITI premier sub? I read somewhere I won't but some people I have asked also said I would. I just want to make sure before I apply.

Bonus ThankYou® Points are not available if you have received a new account bonus for a Citi Rewards+® account in the past 48 months.

you should be good to get the SUB if approved, I'm not seeing anything that says you wouldn't be, what do you see that suggests you won't?

Re: Citi Rewards+ Sub question

I've read that citi lumps "card types" together.  So, Prestige, Premier, and Rewards+ count as a group.  But I believe it is a 24 month waiting period, for the different cards within this group, not 48.  Unless things have changed, OP should be eligible for a R+ welcome bonus this December ('23), but maybe wait until January '24 to be safe.
