Citi Secured graduating. What should I PC it to?

My Citi Secured card has just graduated and I will be receiving the Diamond Preferred soon. I am AU with a Citi DC with CL of $17,000, and have another personal DC with CL of $500. I'm hesitant between these two options:

- Try to PC the Diamond Preferred to DoubleCash (would have a limit of $2,500 I guess, since that's the amount I put down as a deposit) and then close the personal one that has a limit of only $500.

- Try to PC to the ThankYou Premier. I'd like having a card with no FTF and the perks. Problem: wouldn't be getting the SUB if I just PC instead of applying for a new card (which I don't want to do).

What do you think?
