Citi Simplicity CL?

I decided to app for the Simplicity card to take advantage of the 0% for BT.  I was instantly approved and got a page which said my "initial" approval  was $7,500. (I believe "initial" was the word used.....of course the printer was jammed when I printed that page and I ended up losing it ).    The APR after the 18 month promo is 11.99%.    Can't access the account online yet, hopefully can tomorrow, but am wondering if the $7,500 CL is a done deal or could it still be going thru an approval process? The way they worded the CL makes me wonder.

It is a done deal. You get $7,500 as your CL.

You will need to wait for your card before you can use the online account.

Quite a few lenders seem to say "initial" and it is always the final limit for me. I have also been given a temporary limit a few times and it has always been the final limit. Not sure why they do that.
