I have a Citi Simplicity Card with a $10K CL which I used for 0% APR BTs. I recently balance transferred AWAY from that card because the rate was about to revert back to 25.99%. Normally, I would see an "Access Available Credit" link for this card for any future 0% APR BT offers but that link for this card has disappeared! Does anyone know anything about this?
