was hoping to get their card for balance transfers, but no go.... yet! Prequalified online, but when I actually applied, 7-10 day decline. Received letter yesterday. I have one judgement that was satisfied almost 7 years ago (about to fall off), and high utilizatiion on all cards about 60% with total CL of $20000. Score was 641. I will apply again after judgement falls off in Februrary.
