@Anonymous citigold points were supposed to post 9/30, and they didnt, so I had to call up and ask to get them posted. If another rep tells you "no it's gonna take till november" I'd hit up citi at @AskCiti on twitter.
Were the points on one of your statements and just never made their way to your thankyou account?
How did you determine your citigoild points were supposed to post 9/30? I'm still waiting for mine and now I am wondering if I should contact them to try to get the points.

The CSR I spoke to seemed to think that it was somewhat unusual, but he said that I might not get the bonus points until November 7th. That would be 3 statements after meeting minimum spend. I received my Prestige card a month later than my Thankyou Premier card, and the Prestige bonus points have already posted.
Has anyone had it take this long for the Thankyou signup bonus points to post?
I got my points on my prestige card pretty quick. I will be meeting my premier spend requirement in the next two weeks. After three months I'd be all over them though. That is just excessive.
