I have read (please correct me if I am wrong) that you can only apply for a Citi card once every 8 days. Does a small business card count towards the 8 day countdown? I would really like to grab a Citi personal card, but, dont want to pull the trigger too soon. I have some travel coming up and would really like to get the rewards in my account before purchasing a ticket.
