Citi account combination

Can you combine citi accounts? I have the double cash and thank you premier. Also is it a hard pull or soft pull?

Hi there!  I was able to reallocate my credit lines earlier this year through the Citi US, Facebook Messenger.   Go to Citi's FB page and click on the Message link.  I requested to move one line to another and then close the original line.  I had to leave at least $500 on the one I closed.  Also, it cost me a HP on EQ (I'm in So Cal).   They reps that helped me were super nice and helpful.  In the past I had called Citi and was told no dice.  Fortunately, I learned the above tip from the great folks here on the forum.  Hope this helps!

Yes, it usually consists of:

1. A HP

2. Leaving a certain amount of limit on the donor card (usually $500 but can be up to $2K)
