Citi auto-CLI number two.

As I logged into my Citi account this morning, the luv button finally beckoned me to click it. I tried it last month and got a form, which I immediately ran away from. This time, I clicked it and was approved instantly for a CLI of $1200, bringing my total CL to $8700.

My initial CL was $6000. On my third statement they auto-CLI'd to $7500. I have used the card only the BT 0 percent for 15 months offer. I still have most of the BT balance on it, so I think they were just being nice to me, as I have no usage with the card.

Congrats on the CLI...I was thinking of getting a CITI card but after reading about their LUV button = hard inq I got scared away. I will stay with y BoA CC and AMEX for a while BoA is nice with their LUV and on the other hand I got AMEX which Im scared of lol I think i will just let it be and become what they feel is suitable.

Re: Citi auto-CLI number two.

Cool--I just got increases for all 3 of my cards:

$1600 increase to DPR: from $3000 to $4600
$1400 increase to CR: from $5700 to $7100
$1400 increase to DP: from $8350 to $9750

I just clicked the luv button for each account--all increases were automatic.  I opened the 1st 2 accounts in Feb and the last one in Apr.  I also received increases for all 3 back in May.

Re: Citi auto-CLI number two.

The luv button is only a hard IF you have to fill out a form for an increase.  If it's automatic, then it's a soft.

How did you get EQ to 750?  It's a miracle.

I feel your pain Annie since we are in the same boat with EQ. 750 EQ normally indicates a squeaky clean report.
