Yes you did.  I really don't need a CLI with them because as you say, I'm in their good graces and they gave been generous with limits.  I just had to check

Interesting. Well it didnt do anything different for us. Shows my usual HP, and other is SP. 

when mine shows SP again...I will wait for higher scores..but is there a certain amount of time to pass like Amex? Amex is 90 days from denial or 6 month from increase. Citi is ...?
