Citi consolidating question

Does anyone know if citi lets you consolidate cards??...my wife wants to take her diamnond preff card and relocate that limit to her double cash...does citi do that??...figured it would be easier to close out the diamond and put it on the cash...thanks

They might make her leave some of the CL on the other card
