Hey everyone,
I'm trying to make a payment to my citi double cash and it's not allowing me.
I've already made a payment this month on 4/1. The due date it 4/6. I'm trying to make another payment before the next statement cuts on 4/8. I've done this every month for nearly two years now. Has anything with citi payments changed recently to no longer allow this anymore?

What is the error being displayed? If you are having an issue with making a payment online or via the app, just call them. They can take a payment over the phone -- just be sure to do so before the cut-off time so it can post to your account on the same day.

It's not giving me an error message it just won't let me proceed.
Weird. I've only seen that at times where I've currently got a payment initiated, but not cleared as of yet. If time is of the essence, I totally agree with @FinStar about phoning in... They'll be more than happy to take that money 🤣

No nothing's changed from what I've seen. If there's a posted balance you should be able to pay it online.

My payment wasn't working on the app but I was able to do it through through their website.
As of right now the payment is not showing on the app but has been confirmed on their website.
I've never had these issues before.

I have the Citi DC mastercard and this month made 3 payments through the app with no problems the last payment was for 50 dollars went through with no problem and the avaiable credit and balance change immediately. When every I make payment to my Citi card I get instant credit mo matter what time I make the payment. This could because I have the card since 2015 and cl of 21.6K.
I'm a brand new Citi DC customer as in, by a few days, but the one thing I've noticed is the app is pretty glitchy. The website seems to be a lot less buggy right now, though I also prefer using the app. It's possible it's DC-specific problems due to them just having changed the reward system a week and a half ago (my account opened the day they changed it.) Hopefully the glitches will be ironed out.
Your post probably saved me panic if the next payment I make this month has the same problem from the app!
