Citi double cash chances

Hello all.

I have about 6 months of history.

Freedom 1,500
Discover it 1,500
Capone secure 350

I app for the amazon chase card and got debied because of short history. The recon guy told me that he only saw the freedom card and if I wanted him to pull another report, I said no.

Around the same time I app for the citi double cash and got the 7-10 days notice. It says denied because of short history.

What are my chances with recon??

Scores around 650 across.

Citi is NOT easy, i applied for the DoubleCash MC and was Declined, Called to Recon and NO luck....

My plan is to wait until my oldest cc turns 1 year old.

So, not even try recon??
