Citi product change question

Hello all, does anyone know if I product change my Citi DC to the Prestige, would I be able to get the SUB. Anyone have any experience with that. I have a few travel dates planned where the 4th night free would come in handy before the 2 night cap.

Citi bonuses have a 24month clock for card Families (AA and TY)
