Citi Prestige would be almost perfect if it included transit.
In my situation I have a WoH and a AMEX Green. The probability of me at least buying some hotel nights in a given year is 90% but the probability of me using the AMEX Green is maybe 50% for a hotels purchase.
So if I replaced my AMEX Green spend on hotels with a Citi Prestige only 50% of the time would I be able to recoup the travel credit since you can't only recoup with flights/hotels/OTA spend. Whereas if it included transit I could easily get that with parking and EZ pass.
