CitiBank Card Mailing Issues?

Hey all,

Anyone else noticing Citi being strange lately? Just the other day my friend told me they sent him a duplicate of his BBR, which he's had for about a year now. No request for a new card, and has same card and expiration and CVV code.

Now I just got a text message that is telling me they tried to mail me a card that got returned, and to call the lost/stolen card number to change my address. I got my Macy's about a month ago and that came in okay with no issues. I double checked the number and is legit (1-800-950-5115), called it, entered my SSN, and it couldn't find my account, probably because it's not a traditional Citibank card. I also have the Drive for Five but I don't believe that is up for renewal yet either.

Just going to ignore it now, but if anyone has a little insight, it would be much appreciated!

I've had the same issue with my Bestbuy Visa. When they first switched over from MC to visa they said they sent it out. So I waited and waited took over a month and half nothing? still was able to use the MC in the meantime then finally I got fed up and messaged them they closed that card and reissued a new one. I received that card with in a week? Strange huh? then I got an email a week later saying that the Card was returned? LMAO? really a month and half later? I'm 100% positive it was not sent back because it is sent to my work and it always goes in my box.
