Citibank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Secured Card FICO minimums

Does anyone know the minimum FICO scores needed for the Citibank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo secured cards? I am trying to rebuild my credit after a BK 7 discharged in 4/08. I have had 2 years of clean payments on 2 auto loans, but I don't have any credit cards. I was just approved for a secured installment loan with my local CU, and now I want to add some credit cards. I only want to add what's need as I'm a little leary of too much credit after the BK. I have FICO scores of 635 for EQ and 595 for TU.

I got the BofA 99/500 in November 2008 with an EX score around 640. Unfortunately, that was long enough ago it may not be any use to you.
