Citizens Bank Cash Back Plus Customer Support

All,

Can anyone with a Citizens Bank CC comment on their customer support?  I am looking at the Cash Back Plus and other cards and it seems every time I call to ask questions, I am on hold forever before anyone answers, and sometimes I end up just hanging up.  Since there is no chat with the Citizens CCs, any questions or concerns would require a phone call.

Citizens has horrible CS. 

I've never seen anything like it before... A regional bank with outsourced customer service.
