GE is usually stingy with CLIs. 

In fact I closed my Wal-Mart, Meijer, and QVC cards b/c their CLIs were paltry.

What is your credit score?  At one time, I had a $4000 cli and they lowered it down to $300.  I guess it was due to lack of use.  I have had the card since 1994, but haven't used it since 2007.  I hit the cli the other day and they raised it from $300 to $1000 with only a soft pull.  Did they do a soft for that large of an increase?

I wouldnt say they were stingy; I went from 7400 - 10000 a few months ago on my Sams Discover.

Read this and decided to hit the button also. Had this card since 07 havent used much $150 CL hit the button congratulations you new CL $1500 WOW really didnt see that coming.
