It takes you to the small executive office and they answer M-F 8a-8p.
Good Luck
Thanks so much! Called them today and they said they would look into a manual review.
Awesome!
Good Luck

Any update from today?
I spoke with the lady again yesterday and she said she has misunderstood our first conversation in its entirely.
She is working on getting me a CLI up to ~$2k on my Plat card (currently at $750) and also going to have a manual review of my application that was submitted last month for their Cash Rewards card which was declined for having too many Cap1 cards. I had the Cap1 Plat and the HSBC (which had just started reporting as a Cap1 last month) also at least a CL of around $2k on that one as well. She is going to try to do all of this without another HP from Cap1 too!
She said she's going to try to get back with me before the weekend. So we'll see if there's an update today sometime.

A little bit of an update:
I spoke with the lady again today after i got home from work. She said that she had them do the manual review of my getting the Cash Rewards card, but since it was a manual review of the app from June 17th that they still could not approve me at this time. She said that I pretty much have to wait for the other card to report as closed before being able to be considered for another Cap1 card. So I'm not sure I really wanna apply with them to get 3 HPs. She said that she is still waiting to hear back from the underwriters for the CLI of my other card. She mentioned that may take longer, but is really working on my behalf at getting me the CLI.
So I'm really not sure if I really want to have another Cap1 card this bad. Whether they give me a nice CLI may help me make my decision on the Cash Rewards card. I may just garden for a few months and go for a better card with someone else, and i told her the same thing.
They must be getting completely hammered since that number was posted. I still haven't been called back since my original call.

Sounds like you're getting the runaround. More like she is saying "I got this guy off my back for at least another 24 hours."

I agree...I believe I explained the reason for disputing the app denial very good several times. She knows my HSBC card is closed, etc. but she said they had to go off of the info on that application and the report they pulled at that time. If they do not give me a CLI within the next week. Then I will pretty much proven that unless you are willing to stick around for 4-5 years with your "small" Cap1 Plat card (<$1k) then its damn near impossible to get anything from them. I feel that I have been very adament with them on this issue. I have made about 6 calls since June 18th and spoke with the Exec. Offices 4 different times. Each time has been at least a 20min call or longer. I'm basically just trying to call them so much and explain the issue with them so much that they will finally just say, "Ok, give this man a damn CLI to get him off our back!" Who knows, if i can do this then maybe others will be able to "bother" them for a CLI as well. If not, then I will just take my business else were.
Received a call from the Executive Office today. Regrettably they informed me that my account was not eligible for a manual review at this time, though they did offer to permanently remove the annual fee from my card since they had been waiving it every year anyway. Since this is my oldest card, that is good enough for me to keep it in the sock drawer.
I did notice on my Experian report that they soft-pulled for Account Review on 6/17. Hopefully they will do that again soon, since my total revolving credit has gone from $7,950 to $20,850 since that time.
Got the final word from the nice lady from the Exec. offices at Cap1 today. She said unfortunately there was no CLI available for me at this time for that card. She's pretty sure after waiting the 45 day wait to re-app for the Cash Rewards card or a "better" Cap1 card that I could possibly get a better initial line. She did however remove my AF for this year which was nice of her. Even though it is $19 its better than nothing, and will help me make my decision to go ahead and keep the card for at least another year easier.
