Is there a list of co branded credit cards, like chase has best buy credit card. Thank you and be safe.

Citi has BB, not Chase.
"Co-branded" covers so many cards under slightly varying definitions that the designation is IMO meaningless for practical purposes.
Example:
Amex Platinum - not co-branded
Amex Schwab Platinum - co-branded, still earns Amex MR points
Delta Reserve - my main idea of "co-brand" earning Delta miles
Citi Best Buy - a Visa with few benefits, serviced by Citi Retail
Citi Costco - a Visa that (at least until recently) had a lot of benefits, serviced with other major Citi cards
Are there other co branded credit cards except Amex, and Citi. I have the Amex Delta gold card. Thank you and be safe

Vast majority of Barclays cards.

Chase -> Southwest, Amazon, others
DSNB (Divisionof citi) -> Macy's AMEX
Synchrony -> Marvel, Verizon, and others
Barclay -> AA and others
I'm sure I missed a few. HSBC and FNBO used to have a few - not sure if they still do.
In effect, you've asked a broad enough question that a few minutes of google research would probably answer it faster than we could here.....

A lot of people who have (or at least had) the Uber card (before the changes) didn't use Uber. It was just a dining/streaming cash back card.
Not everyone with the old Sallie Mae Rewards card had any sort of account (loan or deposit) with Sallie Mae.
Again, the term really has no clear meaning or significance.

Right, I think the normal expectation for a cobranded card is that there is some reward enhancement related to purchases of the cobrand product/services (i.e. it doesn't fall into the "everything else" category).
This doesn't mean that:
1)The cobrand gets the highest reward on that card (e.g. the old Uber card, where dining had a higher reward)
2) The card is the best to use for the cobrand. e.g. flexible currency cards such as CSR/Amex Plat/Citi Prestige will often do better on airline ticket purchases than the corresponding airline card (which might offer 2x)
