Is it possible to combine cap1 cashback? Currently when I login I see cashback for QS and then cashback for SavorOne. But was just curious if it's possible to combine the rewards?
Not that I'm aware of.

Yes, but apparently only between certain cards.
I just checked my account: the two Quicksilvers (MC and Visa) have a 'transfer to other card' redemption choice, while the Walmart Rewards MC does not. Since I have negative balances, and no rewards points, on all of my cards right now, I can't actually test anything, i.e., I can't try transferring some QS cash back to the WM card, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't let me.

Yes, you can, so long as it's not a co-branded card (like with Wal-Mart). You can actually transfer your reward $$$ to any other Cap 1 account, no just your own. This comes in handy when my spouse and I are using one of our two Venture cards to pay for airline tickets. The ticket is charged to account A so then account B transfers $$$ to account A and both cards' rewards can be used as credits on the one airline ticket/hotel charge/cruise charge.
Example:
Airplane ticket charge to person A's card $400
Person A has $200 points
Person B has $200 points
So person B transfers their points to person A's account and you can pay for the whole $400 charge.
Works great. (Well I haven't done it for a while, but I assume it still works great)
Yep! It's possible to combine cash back rewards between Cap1 cash back cards. I do so between my QS and my SavorOne regularly.
Once you're logged into the website, click "redeem rewards" on the donor card. Next you'll be taken through a screen that has something like "Move/transfer rewards" as an option. Selecting that link will allow you to combine your rewards as you see fit.

I guess I'd never really looked into it. I stand corrected.
