The remediation you are owed is being/will be provided to you in the form of a statement credit, check and/or gift card, or a combination of the above, depending on the type(s) of remediation you are owed and whether you currently have an account with us. If you have multiple accounts with us, we may provide statement credits to other accounts if your original account is closed and has no balance owed to us.

Comenity Bank (Comenity) issues and administers credit cards for various brands. Recently, Comenity agreed to a settlement with the Federal Insurance Deposit Corporation (FDIC) related to credit card add-on products.
