Notice of Eligibility for Account Assure Product Remediation
Dear,
We are writing to notify you that you are eligible for remediation in connection with one or more enrollments in Account Assure and/or Account Assure Pro between January 1, 2008 and September 30, 2014. The remediation you are owed is being/will be provided to you in the form of a statement credit, check and/or gift card, or a combination of the above, depending on the type(s) of remediation you are owed and whether you currently have an account with us. If you have multiple accounts with us, we may provide statement credits to other accounts if your original account is closed and has no balance owed to us.
You are eligible as a result of an enforcement action brought by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. For more information about the enforcement action and what may trigger a remedy, please visit:
https://www.fdic.gov/news/news/press/2015/pr15073.html
NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED ON YOUR PART.
Thank you for being a valued customer of Comenity Bank.
Sincerely,
John J. Coane, President, Comenity Bank

You might have been automatically enrolled, or choose not to enroll, but still be charged. Either way, that's $23 more you have now ![]()
Comenity needs the kind of remediation that comes from closing their doors. ![]()
Now if that happened...we wouldn't have the SCT and the associated toy limits any more..lol
