I absolutely hate calling the 800 because I used to be in customer service and it does a number on my nerves to deal with someone else. SO... Is it possible to combine limits on comenity cards? My wife has 2 (Lane Bryant and Catherine's). She hardly ever goes to Catherines and didn't knkow at the eime that they were the same company! I sent an internal message requesting to do such and the response was basically "not now". Well when can it happen? Or am I to assume from the "not now' that it is possible? So I replied asking what were the requirements to combine with no response! Is it like capital one, one of them has to be at a Zero balance?
Any Ideas? Really, I think I'd prefer to just have her cancel them both anyway, but a combined limit looks better
