Comenity new login issues

Tried to log into my Sephora Visa account this morning & was greeted with a new page requesting "d.comenity.net Additional security check is required" in a blue header box, which required to click a CAPTCHA to confirm I'm not a robot.

I clicked the box, the screen went blank, then another screen appeared asking to confirm again, this went through multiple cycles, until I got a screen that stated "Access Denied Error 15".

I immediately went to my Bread account & was able to confirm I'm not a robot with only one click, at which time I was immediately taken to the usual login page.

I then tried this with a couple other Comenity accounts, with the pages staying blank, with no "access denied" or anything else.

I then tried using a VPN & at that time I was able to log into my Sephora account.

I tried logging into the other Comenity accounts using the VPN, but the pages are still blank after clicking the CAPTCHA.

Anyone else having issues like these?

Just checked my AAA VISA and Bread Amex accounts. No log-in issues.

I just checked my two Comenity cards (Bread AmEx and Petco Pay MC) and had no issues logging in to either.

I went back to all of my accounts, the system cleared itself out before I cleared my cookies & I was able to login as normal.

Your welcome. Cookies and VPN's can block some logins at times. Love my CCleaner for the desktop.
