pipeguy ... my Citi login flashes twice and depending on how fast I enter the information may remove it or approve and give me access to the landing page. Note, while working on the Citi online the screen flashes twice and may wipe what I am doing. My experience with Citi goes back about nine years and there has always been something with their website. They need to hire some MyFicoer's to design their system. It works but, what an adventure. Oh, no other bank gives me any problems what so ever (it is not my computer equipment as I have multiple computers and access points - it is Citi)!

You are not alone. I continue to experience problems logging in to my Costco Citi VISA card. The many other credit cards I have and use, there is no problem logging in. Reaching out to Citi after all the frustration, I was told by one of their reps that the problem is caused by "auto login", suggesting that I cancel that option. Though I cancelled the "auto login", I still experience problems logging into the Costco Citi card. I could go on and on with other problems related to that card and occassional apparent poor attitudes by some of the Citi staff I have been connected to but I don't want to bore you with the details.

 

Bottom line, I have had 4 AMEX cards, some of them for 42 years, never a problem any of them or my Costco AMEX card. Nothing but problems with my Costco CITI VISA card from day one where I was unable to activate the new CITI VISA card on line, wasting many hours on hold to reach a "real person at CITI". Finally reached a "real person at CITI", only to be greeted with "we are really busy now, please call back later". From my perspective, it is unfortuante that Costco opted to discontinue doing business with AMEX, opting for Citi.
