Converting Premier Pass

It's suggested that Premier Pass card holders convert to Div Plat Select, yes? How is this accomplished? Can I do it online or do I call them. Also, when would anyone recommend I convert? I just got approved for this card, so do I ask to convert it now or wait a few months to get some history with them. Thanks for all the great help here.

Just call them to convert.  I converted my Citi AA to a Citi Dividends Plat Select and then when I got a Premier Pass Elite, I had them combine that with my Dividends Plat Select.  This was all within a couple weeks.  Citi is great and happy to do this.  The best customer service...IMHO...
