Hello Barry,
I have been helping people get into Hardship programs for the past 2 years. I know about every single program out there and how to qualify for them. Also, I have written a eBook about the entire credit card negtiation process. I may be a good resource for your questions.
Best Regards,

Hi, my wife signed up for a Hardship Program through Sears Credit/GE Money about October of 2010. She pulled her credit just yesterday and found out that the creditors had listed her 30 days late for each month from October through March of 2011. It was not disclosed to her that this would damage her credit/credit score in any way so she wants to dispute it. Does she have a leg to stand on? Obviously she was concerned with her credit to begin with or she wouldn't have signed up for the Hardship Program.
Thanks,
Patrick
