That's my guess First Premier.
I feel bad for people who don't read these forums and are struggling to get credit and think that's even close to a good deal. the annual and monthly fees are like half of the credit limit.

I think you should advise DH to accept the offer. And let him know that if he treats it responsibly in their eyes (spends a lot and sends in minimum payment on time) then in 3 months they will congratulate him and offer him a second card at the same terms!!
