Greetings, hope everyone is well
I have $1500 available to me to use to pay some of my cards
i am wondering what is best -- pay off one in full or split up the money and give them all as much as i can?
I am sending all of the $100 per month, and i stopped using them, they are not maxed out and do have
credit available.. Thank you for your advice
I have total of five cards all with balances due
1. balanace $1500
2. balance $900
3. balance 1400
4. balance $400
5. balance $380

what are the limits? what type of card? APR? we need more info first
pay the highest interest cards off first. in normal cases, if your planning a mortgage or a car loan in a couple months pay off the small accounts first since a $0 reporting will decrease monthly debt/income ratio. best to pay 1 things at a time then reducing the balances all across the board.

Personally, I would PIF the little one, aka $400 and $380, then I would work on your 3 big one, the 1500, 1400, and 900.
Can they be BT to a card? So you'll only have one big payment.
I was in the same boat as you. I opened a card with 0% BT and put it all in one card. I went from 70% util to 48% and now 26% (this process took 1 year steady payment and not overnight) will be 20% as soon as cap1 start reporting my balance.
I can be wrong.
Thank you, they are all visa or MC all have around 20.24% apr
1. balanace $1500 limit 2000
2. balance $900 limit 1500
3. balance 1400 limit 1500
4. balance $400 limit 500
5. balance $380 limit 500
thank you
thank you i had same idea but not sure
btw the best way to raise your score is to be added as an AU to a really high credit limit card

no i cannot do BT, few of them are "UNSECURED" -- they smaller ones
thanks I agree to pay off smaller
forgive me ... what is AU?
duh!! LOL authorized user... i am these are my cards only
