Credit Card Statement Closing Date Question - thank you

I am just wondering...

I made an additional payment this month on my Credit Card.

If the next statement closing date is 4/6/12  will that include any payments made on that date?  Is the closing date/time 4/6/12 at 11:59pm Eastern Time?  Or at 4/16/12 at 12:01 am Eastern Time

The payment i made today will not be processed until tomorrow since it is after 5pm Eastern time.

Sorry to get get technical but i would love to see a nice change in my score! lol

If you made the payment today and the closing date is the 6th it will still be processed on the 6th and will count. You should be good.
