That would be dependant not just on score, but also on what derogs, age of derogs, status (paid or not) and other TL's, CL's, current debt and income.
NFCU is by far the most lenient/generous, but also is not an open FOM.
CareCredit can be easy and generous.
OP, Id also recommend that you wait a little while longer if you could. You could get the right cards which you could keep.
If you have to, NFCU seems like a good possibility. Atleast the LOC. The CC could be possible if you have no unpaid baddie(s).
Likewise with Carecredit.
A very remote chance with Alliant and USAA. Is UTL holding your score down or baddie(s)?
Penfed is a straight denial.
Maybe your local Banks or CUs.
