I've applied for a couple of cards Mar 11, but on the 13th a new inquiry came, and I didn't apply with them? I got a card with Chase,Chase UA, and AmEx. I also applied with capital one, but I doubt they show as that.
The name on the inquiry in SyncB/Lowes ??? Does anyone know who this is? Did someone apply for a lowes credit card in my name? This was a hard pull, and kinda worrying me.

Synchrony Bank -- Lowes card. You didn't app for a card at Lowes?
If you didn't app, it could still be an honest error, not identity theft. For sure you should look into the possibility of identity theft, though, and as a precaution while you investigate the sitution, put a fraud alert on all your CRs.
I did a little research, I just wanted to make sure it was Lowes. My mom applied for a Lowes card in my name. -_- Approved obviously, but really. I know why she did it, she wants to remodel house but doesn't have funds to do it. She'll pay it back, I know she's good for it, but still. That is EXTREMELY irritating; applying for a credit card in my name.. I want to help her out, because she's my mother, but that card is insane. 24.99% APR??? I know her, she would pay the minimum amount every month, and I dont want that type of balance revolving on my report. Im not going to activate it, and she isn't going to either. I had a conversation with her how that affects me, and she can't do stuff like that. Hopefully, she doesn't do it again. Or I have to unfortunatley have to get more aggressive(possible law) with it.
But the main question is, it won't scare Chase or AmEx will it? I've just got 3 cards by the both of them, my first ones, and I really don't want to mess anything up with them.

You'll be fine with Chase and Amex. Not to be rude, but your bigger problem is your mother applying for credit in your name. If she does it in this case, she will do it again. If I were you I'd have a long talk with her and then lock your reports.
No no, it's not rude at all. I completely agree with you. For some reason, she doesn't understand that credit is not income, and she puts me in a bad position doing stuff like that. She destroyed her credit, but I won't let her financial ignorance bring me down as well. I'd like to help but I think she needs to learn how to save, but the money she would spend on paying the card back she would just go out and blow it instead of save it to get what she wants. I don't understand what's so hard on it.
Also, wouldn't locking my reports be bad, since I was just accepted for these cards last week?

No, locking your reports won't affect your prior approvals. It will just prevent anyone else opening more accounts without you giving access to your reports..
Its good that you recognize the potential dangers. Your good credit can be ruined very quickly once someone else has your biographical info that enables them to open credit accounts without your approval. It's hard when it's a close relative, especially your mother but you have to do something to protect yourself. Technically she committed a crime by opening the account in your name so be very careful going forward. That's where locking your reports is probably your best bet

Agee 100%!
Freezing your reports does not look bad, ever. It will, however, prevent anyone from accessing your reports without your permission. You will have a PIN for each CRA. You will have to give this PIN in order to unfreeze the report. If you decide to go this route, be sure to keep your PINs safe and away from dear mom!
Alright I went ahead and place a security freeze on all 3 bureaus. Made sure to put the pins somewhere safe, and away from dear mother. With that being said I have questions.
So does this mean my current companies can't do soft pulls to review cli's, or would I have to temporarily remove the freeze for that? I get that I would have to remove it for new cards and such, and to actually get the CLI I assume I would have to remove it as well.
