Credit Line vs. Revolving Credit Line?

On my Barclays account, my Rewards card shows up at the top as having a $2,500 "Credit Line", whereas my Arrival+ shows as having a $5,000 "Revolving Credit Line."

Is there a difference between a credit line and a revolving credit line?

"Revolving" or Signature sometimes allow you to charge over your credit line and you would owe a regular minimum plus whatever amount over the credit line you charged.

It's a WEMC, but I didn't realize Signature cards let you do that. Cool! (Not that I'll be charging that much, but still.)
