Congrats on this move! I had TWO 
Credit One Banks after a rebuild. I too attempted to close and they offered me the same incentives. Went back when that was over and they didn't try to keep me AT ALL. Closed that one $1750.00 limit haven't charged on it in years. Having to go back monthly to remember to pay the fee. The second one I let my brother use as an authorize user so he owes about 600.00 just recently. I'm going to BT it to one of my 0 offers and close it before the month end. I will gladly take the hit to get it removed out of my life!
