Hello,
I went to see last week if I had a prequalification from them and I didn't. Should I apply? Or should I take that as a denial? It was a soft pull they said that will not affect my credit. Is there a recon number?
Thanks,

Thanks,
I would not apply for such a card unless you are rebuilding.
I am rebuilding
I wouldn't recommend applying without the pre approval. It will most likely be a wasted inquiry.

If you don't mind paying higher interest rate fees + AF divided monthly, then go for it. However, I would first look at Cap1 or BOA 123 secured first.
I actually don't think I need it I was just approved for a Capital One

As said before, unless you have bad credit and trying to build real credit, AVOID THIS CARD! based ont he fact you have a Cap1 card, you should definitely stay away from this card. Just build credit up with the current card (at least 6 months) and then app for some nice cards ( Discover, Chase, Citi, BofA, and etc.)
If your CapOne is an old orchard bank then maybe consider a secured card route. Been there done that... served a purpose of course.

I would avoid these people like the plague.
