What credit card companies offer convenience checks? I know Discover doesnt. Besides Credit Unions, do you know who does?

I received checks for my B of A Cash Rewards card.

USAA does.

I'm using one to pay my rent next week so I can get the 700+ rewards points.

ONLY because I'm in the introductory period with 0% APR on convenience checks.

The instant the check posts, I'm paying my account in full.

800+ for all 3 CRAs.

Student loan forgiveness/discharge FINALLY complete.

I get them frequently from Barclays and Citibank. My friend got them yesterday from Discover.
