I called today because I still have a credit one card for some reason
talked to a csr about waiving my annual fee again They said no
so I asked to speak to an account manager
they said that is not possible
so I said close my account
well I'll need to transfer you to an account manager for that. Lol.
five minutes later I get a cli and an af waiver.
guess I'll call to cancel again in a year.
