So, during my app spree I foolishly app'd for DCU. I'm not sure what I was thinking, my credit is improved, but probably not really DCU worthy. Anyhow, they emailed me that there was a decision made so I went ahead and checked online. They need my most recent paystub, which may throw a wrench in it as I listed my income from both employers but only had space to list one on the app. It is showing approved though only a credit limit of $200. Honestly, that's fine with me, I really only wanted my foot in the door and that shiny free FICO on a regular basis. lol
Anyway, has anyone else here seen a $200 limit from DCU? I have a feeling that it's a record low and that I was just a notch from a decline. Heck, may still turn into a decline when they check out my paystubs and notice the second employer.

SOOOOOO, funny followup to this, DCU just called me to let me know that I was approved for $2000 and that the $200 was a typo.. lol So, that's much better, $200 felt pretty lame..

We seem to be following a similar path here OP. I just got approved for the DCU Visa with a 4k starting limit. Mybe I'll have the same luck you did with First Bankcard.

They did the same crap with me with a 300 then told me 3k -- Of course, it's grown now to 10k with a preapproval CLI so it can and will grow.
